Each request will be acknowledged upon successful reception, and a unique ticket id will be provided. This id may also be used to refer to the issue at any time.
We will conduct a thorough investigation of your complaint within 2 business days, and endeavor to send a response within 5 business days.*)
The time needed for resolving depends on the nature of the complaint.
