Additional conditions for registering a domain subject of a promotional offer ("promo")

Besides the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Registration it is also necessary for you to acknowledge the following additional conditions for domains registered as a promotional offer:

  1. It is at Joker.com's own discretion to change the terms and conditions of a promotion at any time
  2. The conditions of a promotional offer are only valid within the stated terms of this promotion
  3. The promotional price of a domain is only valid if this domain is used according to the accepted regulations of intended and contractual usage. The intended and contractual usage is determinated in Joker.com's Terms and Conditions, and the respective amendmends for the TLD. In case Joker.com or the respective Registry find that the usage of a domain is in breach of the regulations, subsequent claims against the buyer, equivalent to the standard pricing of the domain, may be charged
