Besides the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Registration it is
also necessary for you to acknowledge the following additional conditions
when using a Joker.com payment account:
- Creating an account will be available to new users about 3 days following the registration
- Any fees incurred shall be payable by the depositor
- Limits set by Joker.com apply to the maximum amount of deposits and account balances
- In the event of a refund, the customer shall bear any fees that may be incurred
- Account amounts remain available for at least 10 years
- When using the automatic account recharge (automatic debit)

If an automatic debit cannot be collected due to lack of funds, or if the automatic debit is reversed at the customer's instigation,
or if a reverse debit occurs in any other way, Joker.com is entitled to charge the customer for the costs incurred, currently in the
amount of EUR 3 plus a processing fee of EUR 10 per reverse debit.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit
- Account amounts cannot be paid out in cash
