also necessary for you to acknowledge the following additional conditions
for domains below the Top Level Domain .es:
- You agree to the Domain Terms and Conditions of the .ES Registry, online available here:

- For technical reasons, the deletion of an .ES domain already takes place 7 days before its expiry date.
Any desired renewal must therefore take place at least 8 days before the domain expires.

Domain Disputes: The registry has adopted the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy established by ICANN and
encourages third parties to resolve disputes with registrants through the process described in the
Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.

Transfers: To transfer a domain, the registrant of the respective domain directly or the administrative contact must provide proof of eligibility.
When transfering a .ES domain the remaining registration term will neither be taken over nor any payments be reimbursed.
