  1. .DOCTOR is an open TLD, available to anyone to register
  2. registrants in .DOCTOR, that make the representation on their web sites that they are licensed medical practitioners, should be able to demonstrate upon request that in fact they hold such a license
  3. .DOCTOR domains of registrants that represent that they are licensed, but fail to demonstrate their license upon request, might be subject to be suspended, deleleted or transferred by the registry, or the registrar
