Besides the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Registration it is also necessary for you to acknowledge the following additional conditions for domains below the Top Level Domain .de:

  1. A Registrant of a .de domain will have an agreement with DENIC directly.
  2. You agree to the Domain Terms and Conditions of DENIC, online available here: www.denic.de
  3. You agree to the Domain Guidelines of DENIC, online available here: www.denic.de
  4. You agree to the Data Privacy Policy of DENIC
  5. Remaining domain subscriptions are lost and not refundable if a domain is transferred to another registrar before expiry of the domain.
