Besides the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Registration it is also necessary for you to acknowledge the following additional conditions for domains below the Top Level Domain .ca:

The Registrant of the domain name in question, declares under his own responsibility that:
  • he is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada, or is eligible to register .ca domains according to the regulation of .ca
  • owner and admin contacts match the presence requirements above
  • he complies to all relevant policies for .ca domains available at CIRA
  • he accepts that failure to comply to these additional conditions may result in a loss of the domain name in question
