Besides the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Registration it is
also necessary for you to acknowledge the following additional conditions
for domains below the Top Level Domain .at:
- As a registrant of a .at domain you will have an agreement with NIC.AT directly.
- You agree to the Terms and Conditions of NIC.AT, online available here:
http://www.nic.at/agb
- You agree to the Data Privacy Policy of NIC.AT.
- A .at domain must be cancelled explicitly 2 days before the regular term ends, in case a renewal
is not intended.
Joker.com provides within its standard renewal procedures notices and means to handle this requirement
appropriately.
- In case of non-renewal of an .at domain, and without explicit cancellation in due time by the owner, Joker.com
will put this .at domain into "Transit" state one (1) day before the end of the regular term, following NIC.AT T&C.
The operational status of the domain remains unaffected by this, whereas this Transit includes an administrative migration
towards NIC.AT, which will rise additional expense through NIC.AT.

When transferring an .AT domain to Joker.com, the domain will only be extended by a full year if the effective date of the domain's initial registration
is less than 45 days in the future at the time of the transfer.
